STATEWIDE TASKENO CAMPAIGN

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD AND PROMOTER

Information on how to enter the TASkeno “$50K in 50 Days” promotion (Promotion) forms part of these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions).

“$50K in 50 Days” is a statewide TASkeno promotion available at participating TASkeno venues across Tasmania. Promotional details will be communicated through official TASkeno channels and approved in-venue materials.

The Promotion comprises daily “$50K in 50 Days” draws, with one (1) $1,000 prize available to be won each day during the Promotional Period. A total prize pool of $50,000 will be awarded across fifty (50) daily draws, as further detailed below.

The Promotion commences at 9:00am on Sunday 12 July 2026 and ends at close of trade for the Sunday 30 August 2026 TASkeno trading day, being 2:00am on Monday 31 August 2026 (Promotional Period).

TASkeno is the promoter of the Promotion. The Promoter’s address is 394 Sandy Bay Road, Sandy Bay, Tasmania.

ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the Promotion, persons must be:

  • 18 years of age or over;
  • a resident of, or visitor to, Tasmania;
  • a TASkeno customer; and
  • satisfy the entry requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

A person who meets the above criteria is an Eligible Participant.

Management and employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

Persons currently registered with the Tasmanian Gambling Exclusion Scheme are not eligible to enter.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

HOW TO ENTER AND DRAW ELIGIBILITY

To enter, an Eligible Participant must, during the Promotional Period:

  • Purchase any TASkeno ticket from a participating TASkeno venue during the Promotional Period;
  • Scan the QR code displayed in-venue or access the official online entry link available through TASkeno advertising channels; and
  • Complete the online entry form by submitting:
  • the last six (6) digits of their TASkeno ticket serial number;
  • the date and place of purchase; and
  • their name and contact details.

Each TASkeno ticket may be entered once only. An entry will be eligible for the relevant “$50K in 50 Days” draw where:

  • the ticket was purchased from a participating TASkeno venue during the Promotional Period;
  • the ticket was purchased during the relevant TASkeno trading day;
  • the ticket has been submitted via the online entry form before close of trade for the relevant TASkeno trading day;
  • all required entry details have been completed correctly; and
  • the ticket has not previously been entered.

Entries will be allocated into the relevant daily draw based on the TASkeno trading day in which the submitted TASkeno ticket was purchased.

For the purposes of this Promotion, each daily draw will be based on the relevant TASkeno trading day, rather than the calendar day. A TASkeno trading day runs from 9:00am to close of trade, being 2:00am the following morning Sunday to Thursday, and 4:00am the following morning Friday and Saturday.

“$50K in 50 Days” DRAWS

There will be one (1) “$50K in 50 Days” draw conducted for each TASkeno trading day of the Promotional Period, resulting in fifty (50) total daily draws.

Each daily draw will award one (1) prize of $1,000.

The total prize pool is $50,000, comprising fifty (50) x $1,000 prizes.

For example, a TASkeno ticket purchased at 1:00am on Tuesday 14 July 2026 will be treated as part of the Monday 13 July 2026 TASkeno trading day and, if validly entered before close of trade, will be included in the Monday 13 July 2026 draw.

A random draw of all valid “$50K in 50 Days” entries for the relevant TASkeno trading day will determine the Winner.

Each daily prize draw will take place from 12:00pm on the day following the relevant TASkeno trading day at TASkeno, 394 Sandy Bay Road, Sandy Bay TAS.

Winners will be notified by phone on the day of the draw, or by email if unreachable by phone and an email address has been provided. Winners must claim their Prize within 30 days. Unclaimed Prizes may be redrawn at the discretion of the Promoter.

PRIZE DRAWS

  • All Prize Draws for the Promotion will be conducted as random draws of valid entries received for the relevant TASkeno trading day.
  • Each Prize Draw will take place from 12:00pm on the day following the relevant TASkeno trading day at TASkeno, 394 Sandy Bay Road, Sandy Bay, Tasmania.
  • Winners will be notified by phone on the day of the draw, or by email if unreachable by phone and an email address has been provided.
  • If a Winner does not claim their Prize within 30 days, the Prize will be deemed forfeited. If required, a redraw will occur at the same address and in the same manner as the original draw. The redraw Winner will be notified using the contact details provided.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS

  • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
  • The Promoter may substitute a Prize, or any element of a Prize, with another of equal or greater value if the original Prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s control.
  • The Promoter may require Winners to provide suitable proof of age and identity before awarding any Prize and may verify the validity of entries.
  • Payment of any Prize will be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) or cheque only. Payment will be made within a reasonable timeframe following verification of eligibility and receipt of required details.
  • The Promoter may disqualify any Participant who tampers with the entry process, submits an invalid or duplicate entry, provides false or misleading information, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL TERMS

  • Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the supplier.
  • By entering the Promotion, Eligible Participants accept these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter may:
  • verify the identity, age and eligibility of Participants;
  • require Winners to sign a statutory declaration confirming their eligibility; and
  • refuse to award a Prize if the Winner is not eligible or has breached these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure by the Promoter to enforce a right at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, system failures, pandemics or regulatory directions, the Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion, subject to relevant laws.
  • Decisions of the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. If an issue arises that is not addressed in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may make a final determination at its discretion, subject to relevant laws.
  • Winners may be required to sign a release or indemnity form before receiving their Prize.
  • The Promoter collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Federal Group Privacy Policy at federalgroup.com.au/privacy-policy. Personal information is collected to conduct and administer the Promotion and may be disclosed to third parties such as prize suppliers or regulators. Failure to provide required information may result in the Participant being unable to participate.
  • Printing, production or quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid claim.
  • Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, including Consumer Guarantees, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, damage or expense arising from the Promotion or the use of a Prize, including:
  • technical malfunctions;
  • unauthorised access or third-party interference;
  • late, lost or misdirected entries;
  • variations in Prize value;
  • cancellation or postponement of any Prize element; or
  • use of a Prize.
  • All Prize values are in Australian dollars and include GST. Images used in promotional material may differ from actual Prizes.
  • Winners are responsible for any taxes payable as a result of receiving a Prize. Independent financial or tax advice is recommended.
  • By entering the Promotion, Participants consent to the Promoter publishing their name, or first initial and surname, and the venue at which the winning ticket was purchased for the purpose of announcing Prize Winners. Participants also consent to the Promoter using their name, image, likeness and/or voice for Promotion-related publicity in connection with the Promotion without additional compensation. Personal information may also be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tasmania. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania and the Commonwealth of Australia.
