STATEWIDE TASKENO CAMPAIGN

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD and PROMOTER

Information on how to enter the TASkeno “Spot the 10” promotion (Promotion) forms part of these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions).

This is a statewide TASkeno promotion available at all participating TASkeno venues across Tasmania and conducted through official TASkeno advertising channels.

The Promotion comprises weekly ‘Spot the 10’ draws of $10,000 Cash Prize and weekly Second Chance draws of assorted prizes as further detailed below.

The Promotion commences at 9:00am on Monday 9 February 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on Sunday 22 March 2026 (Promotional Period).

ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the Promotion, persons must be:

  • 18 years of age or over.
  • a resident of, or visitor to, Tasmania.
  • a TASkeno customer.
  • must satisfy the entry requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions (Eligible Participant).

Management and employees of the Promoter (TASkeno) are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

Persons currently registered with the Tasmanian Gambling Exclusion Scheme are not eligible to enter.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, an Eligible Participant must, during the Promotional Period:

  1. Purchase any TASkeno ticket during the Promotional Period
  2. Scan the QR code displayed in-venue or access the official online entry link available through TASkeno advertising channels
  3. Complete the online entry form by submitting:
    • the last six (6) digits of their TASkeno ticket serial number.
    • the date and place of purchase.
    • their name and contact details.

Each TASkeno ticket may be entered once only.
Entry will be allocated into the relevant draw as outlined below, based on the serial number submitted.

Spot the 10 Draw Eligibility

A TASkeno ticket is eligible for the Spot the 10 Draw where:

  • the ticket was purchased during the Promotional Period.
  • the last two (2) digits of the ticket serial number are “10” (as confirmed from the last six (6) digits submitted).
  • the ticket has been submitted via the online entry form.
  • the ticket has not previously been entered.

Second Chance Draw Eligibility

A TASkeno ticket is eligible for the Second Chance Draw where:

  • the ticket was purchased during the Promotional Period.
  • the ticket has been submitted via the online entry form.
  • the ticket has not previously been entered.

SPOT THE 10 DRAWS

There will be one (1) Spot the 10 Draw conducted each week for six (6) consecutive weeks, resulting in six (6) total draws.
Each weekly draw will award one (1) Prize of $10,000 cash.

Each weekly Spot the 10 Draw covers entries submitted via the online entry form between 12:00am Monday and 11:59pm Sunday of the preceding week. Eligibility for each weekly draw is determined by the date and time the entry is submitted, not the date or time the ticket was purchased, provided the ticket was purchased within the Promotional Period.

A random draw of all valid Spot the 10 entries received during that weekly period will determine the Winner.

Each Prize Draw will take place at 10:00am on the following Monday at TASkeno, 394 Sandy Bay Road, Sandy Bay TAS.

Winners will be notified using their preferred contact method on the day of the draw and must claim their Prize within 30 days. Unclaimed Prizes may be redrawn at the discretion of the Promoter.

SECOND CHANCE DRAWS

There will be one (1) Second Chance Draw conducted each week for six (6) consecutive weeks, resulting in six (6) total draws.

Each weekly draw will award one (1) Second Chance Prize, as outlined in the prize schedule.

Each weekly Second Chance Draw covers entries submitted via the online entry form between 12:00am Monday and 11:59pm Sunday of the preceding week. Eligibility for each weekly draw is determined by the date and time the entry is submitted, not the date or time the ticket was purchased, provided the ticket was purchased within the Promotional Period.

A random draw of all valid Second Chance entries received during that weekly period will determine the Winner.

Each Prize Draw will take place at 10:00am on the following Monday at TASkeno, 394 Sandy Bay Road, Sandy Bay TAS.

Winners will be notified using their preferred contact method on the day of the draw and must claim their Prize within 30 days. Unclaimed Prizes may be redrawn at the discretion of the Promoter.

PRIZE DRAWS

  1. All Prize Draws for the Promotion will be conducted as random draws of valid entries received for each weekly draw period.
  2. Each Prize Draw will take place at 10:00am on the scheduled draw dates during the Promotional Period at TASkeno, 394 Sandy Bay Road, Sandy Bay, Tasmania.
  3. Winners will be notified by email on the day of the draw, or by phone if unreachable by email and a phone number has been provided.
  4. If a Winner does not claim their Prize within 30 days, the Prize will be deemed forfeited. If required, a redraw will occur at the same address and in the same manner as the original draw. The redraw Winner will be notified using the contact details provided.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS

  1. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
  2. The Promoter may substitute a Prize (or any element of a Prize) with another of equal or greater value if the original Prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s control.
  3. The Promoter may require Winners to provide suitable proof of age and identity before awarding any Prize and may verify the validity of entries.
  4. Payment of any cash prize will be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) or cheque only. Payment will be made within a reasonable timeframe following verification of eligibility and receipt of required details.
  5. The Promoter may disqualify any Participant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL TERMS

  1. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the supplier.
  2. By entering the Promotion, Eligible Participants accept these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Promoter may:
  • verify the identity, age and eligibility of Participants;
  • require Winners to sign a statutory declaration confirming their eligibility; and
  • refuse to award a Prize if the Winner is not eligible or has breached these Terms and Conditions.
  1. Failure by the Promoter to enforce a right at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  2. If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, system failures, pandemics or regulatory directions), the Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion, subject to relevant laws.
  3. Decisions of the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. If an issue arises that is not addressed in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may make a final determination at its discretion.
  4. Winners may be required to sign a release or indemnity form before receiving their Prize.
  5. Winners must not make negative or disparaging comments publicly about the Promoter or related entities in relation to the Promotion.
  6. The Promoter collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Federal Group Privacy Policy (www.federalgroup.com.au/privacy-policy). Personal information is collected to conduct and administer the Promotion and may be disclosed to third parties such as prize suppliers or regulators. Failure to provide required information may result in the Participant being unable to participate.
  7. Printing or quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid claim.
  8. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including Consumer Guarantees), the Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, damage or expense arising from the Promotion or the use of a Prize, including:
  • technical malfunctions;
  • unauthorised access or third-party interference;
  • late, lost or misdirected entries;
  • variations in Prize value;
  • cancellation or postponement of any Prize element; or
  • use of a Prize.
  1. All Prize values are in Australian dollars and include GST. Images used in promotional material may differ from actual Prizes.
  2. Winners are responsible for any taxes payable as a result of receiving a Prize. Independent financial or tax advice is recommended.
  3. By entering the Promotion, Participants consent to the Promoter publishing their name (or first initial and surname) and the venue at which the winning ticket was purchased for the purpose of announcing Prize Winners. Participants also consent to the Promoter using their name, image, likeness and/or voice for Promotion-related publicity without additional compensation. Personal information may also be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tasmania. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania and the Commonwealth of Australia.”
